Wallets & Third-Party Services
To interact with the Services, you must use a third-party cryptocurrency wallet. Little Zappy does not control or operate wallets and is not responsible for their security, functionality, or terms of use.
You are solely responsible for protecting your private keys, wallet access, and any transactions initiated through your wallet.
Security & Account Responsibility
Do not share wallet access or engage in activities that allow unauthorized access. We cannot verify user identities and are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
Suspicious activity may result in restricted or suspended access to the Services without liability.
Presale, Token Distribution & Claims
Participation in any presale is voluntary and carries risk. Funds contributed are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Token claiming may be subject to presale completion, vesting schedules, and technical/network limitations. Details will be communicated via official Little Zappy channels.
Staking, Rewards, NFTs & Utilities
Any staking, rewards, AI utilities, NFTs, or ecosystem features are optional, experimental, and may change, be suspended, or removed at any time. No rewards, yields, or benefits are guaranteed.
Liquidity & Listings
Liquidity provision, locking, or listings on decentralized (DEX) or centralized exchanges (CEX) are not guaranteed and remain at the discretion of the project.
Market performance and token value are not controlled by Little Zappy.

You must not use the Services if you are subject to sanctions or restrictions imposed by:

- Any applicable international authority
